Landscaping Before

This cute little valley bungalow had high maintenance grass and overgrown bushes.

Landscaping After

A xeriscape plan included replacing the grass with decomposed granite, leaving room for planting beds with drought-tolerant plants.  A drip system was installed as well.  Boulders added dimension and look like nature’s sculptures.

Kitchen Before

This 1965 condo was in its original condition.  It had dingy tile counter tops and old appliances.

Kitchen After

The kitchen counter tops were replaced, new appliances were installed, the cabinet doors and drawers were replaced, and a new decorative tile back splash was applied.

Building Before

The building just looked sad.

Building After

New paint highlighted the mid-century features of this building.  Light fixtures were replaced, and the scrappy old sign was replaced with modern looking numbers.  The rotten wood balcony façades were replaced with pest and fire-resistant material. Landscaping is still a work in progress.

Bathroom Before

The bathroom had an ugly floor that made the room seem dark and dreary.

Bathroom After

The bathroom tub/shower enclosure was

re-tiled, and the glass shower door was replaced with a fresh new tempered glass door.  Terrazzo tile flooring brightened the whole room. There were additional improvements made to the condo: new doors and closet doors, new light fixtures, including recessed LED lights in the living room, new double-pane vinyl windows, and a tempered glass sliding door to the patio.
