Sandra Kapin is a Broker/Owner specializing in homes and small residential complexes, She has bought, sold, managed, and renovated condos, homes, and apartment buildings. She has proudly assisted clients with selling and purchasing properties since 1978. She is most familiar with the Westside and the San Fernando Valley, but has assisted buyers and sellers throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Sandra grew up in Los Angeles, but has lived in Northern California, including Sonora, a small mountain town north of Yosemite, where you had to dig a well for your water supply, and London.

Sandra is also interested in the arts, singing and painting in her spare time. She currently has two little dogs.

Matthew (Matt) Clark has been a sales associate with Allure Real Estate since 2015. He has helped so many happy clients with both rentals and sales of apartments, condos, and homes. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he is familiar with the greater Los Angeles area, having lived in several neighborhoods, from Woodland Hills to Palm Desert. His patience, humor, and knowledge make him a delight to work with. He will be with you every step of the way.
